Mixed media on Paper59.4cm x 42cm Private Collection
Artist Comments
59.4 x 42 cm. 23.1 x 16.5’. Inks and soft pastels on paper.
This painting was inspired by mythical sea creatures, in all their glorious if unusual colors, leisurely dancing in the great silence. I find it interesting to bring in unexpected colors for a given context, to boost the imagination of the viewer.
It is part of a diptych (with "Roots of Life" ) but can be purchased as a standalone.
